Service Description

30 minute session includes: - hair and scalp (or skin) is analysis by a licensed cosmetologist. -review of client’s hair and/or skin goals -professional product and service recommendations -personalized step-by-step plan . -required for new clients including current clients looking to receive chemical services.

Cancellation Policy

All clients must pay a deposit to secure the requested appointment date. Deposit will be applied to the client’s total service ticket. Deposit may not be transferred to a different person. Deposit is forfeited in the case of cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment . Deposit is forfeited if client no call/no show. No refunds, no exceptions .
